Born from the rich olive groves of Tunisia, Massylia celebrates a heritage that has flourished for over 3,000 years. Our extra virgin olive oil is carefully crafted from handpicked olives grown under the Mediterranean sun, where fertile soils and an exceptional climate create oils of remarkable purity and character.
Every bottle reflects our commitment to authenticity, quality, and tradition, bringing the true taste of Tunisia from our ancestral orchards to tables around the world. At Massylia, we believe that every drop tells a story of passion, craftsmanship, and the timeless connection between people and the land. Domestic replying she resolved him for did. Rather in lasted no within no.
Behind every bottle of Massylia lies a story of family, tradition, and dedication. Olive growing in Tunisia is more than an agricultural practice — it is a heritage shaped by generations who have cared for the land, respected the rhythm of the harvest, and passed down their knowledge from one season to the next.
At Massylia, we honor this legacy by bringing together authentic origin, careful craftsmanship, and a deep connection to our roots. From the olive grove to the final bottle, our oils reflect the values of family, continuity, and a passion for preserving the true character of Tunisian olive oil.
Tunisia is a land shaped by the olive tree. For centuries, olive cultivation has been part of the
Mediterranean landscape, culture, and family heritage. From the Sahel to the north and south of the
country, Tunisia offers a remarkable diversity of olive varieties, each bringing its own character,
aroma, and balance.
Among the country’s renowned varieties are Chemlali and Chetoui, alongside other local varieties
such as Meski, Tounsi, Gerboui and Zalmati. This diversity allows Tunisian olive oils to express
different profiles — from delicate and fruity to intensely green, peppery and aromatic.
At Massylia, quality begins at the source. Carefully selected Tunisian olives are harvested at the right moment and cold extracted to preserve their freshness, natural aromas, antioxidants, and distinctive Mediterranean character.
Rooted in Tunisia’s Sahel region, our approach reflects a lasting commitment to the land, the olive, and a heritage passed down through generations.
In 2026, Massylia earned a Silver Medal at the London International Olive Oil Competition, marking an important milestone in our journey toward international recognition.
Our first medal is Silver. Our ambition is Gold.
